how do I place an order?
Its really quite simple..... decide wheather your feeling boyish or girlish, and click on the link on our homepage. Take a look through our fabulous designs,
and see which items make you say ''I GOTTA GET ME ONE OF THOSE!!!'' then just click on the image, and a bigger picture of mary (our resident mannequin and best friend) wearing the snazzy garment will
come up. Choose which colour combo you like best and which size you need. After all that hard work simply give the 'add to
basket' button a click and fill in all the deets. Sorted mate. If you wanna add anything else to your basket (go on!) then just go through the same process again. SIMPLE AS.
what are the shipping charges?
UK delivery
all orders will be sent by first class via Royal Mail for super quick delivery, so be sure to thank your lovely postal person.
UK delivery is charged at 1 item goes for £2 2 items will cost only £3.50 3 or more items will be free of charge! oh yes! Europe delivery
1 item will be £3 2 items are a mere £5 3 or more items are FREE! Rest of the World 1 item is charged at £5 2 items will cost £7.50 3 or more items are FREE, because we care!
isavedlaurence will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged once despatched, both within the UK and when being posted
to overseas locations. We are not responsible for any delay in delivery occurring due to postal delays or forces beyond our control.
(sorry guys!) What happens if my stuff arrives when i'm not home? If when the lovely mail man arrives when you are mingling out on the town or just in a deep trance, he will post a card letting you
know he has tried his best. The card will have all the info on about how to get back your fabulous bits and bobs. From then, you
will have 7 days to rearrange delivery. after this date the garments will be sent back to us. You will have to pay for postage again
if we send it out to you again (sorry!), but we will, of course contact you first because we're lovely. We recommend having your
garment sent to your daytime address to avoid confusion. How long should my stuff take to arrive? uk If you are ordering to a uk address, your parcel should take about 1-2 working days to arrive. If its not with you after 4 working
days, then contact us with your name and we will inform you of when your item was dispatched. Europe if you are ordering for a European address, your parcel should take about 4-8 working days to arrive to your lovely doorstep. Again,
if it hasnt arrived by then, give us a ring with your name and we will let you know when we dispatched your item. The us, and canada this should take about 7-10 working days to get to you. Good eh? If it hasn't arrived by this time, give us a ring and leave your
name and we will inform you of when we posted your item out to you. Australia, japan and new zealand this should take 8-14 days to arrive. Pretty good considering its from the other side of the world? If its not arrived by then, give
us a ring with your name we will sort you out (by telling you when your item was dispatched!)
out of stock items
your item is not in stock we can then back order for you. Your order will be shipped as soon as the item(s) has been restocked, and
we will keep you notified by e-mail.
returns and exchange
if you are unhappy with your order (like if your garment falls apart, as if!) please let us know! we accept returns or exchanges for
all items within 14 days of the shipping date. please email us on laurence@isavedlaurence.com within 7 days of receiving your
order to arrange for a refund (minus shipping charge) or exchange. Returns or exchanges made without prior notification may not
be processed.
garments must be returned in the same condition as it was received. we cannot refund items which are not returned in the same
condition you received them(obviously), so no rolling around in mud or going out on the town or nuffin peoples.
the goods are your responsibility until they reach us. for your own protection, we recommend that you send the goods using a
delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. return shipping charges are non-refundable and are the full
responsibility of customer. your refund will be credited in the same manner and to the same account used to make the original
purchase. terms and conditions
these terms and conditions will apply to all orders for the purchase of goods from the isavedlaurence site. by placing an order you
